Delivery Policy
You should receive your item 3 to 5 working days on ready to wear items and 7 to 14 days on bespoke items. The items that are bespoke will be stated on the product info. If it will take longer you will be notified as soon as possible. If there are any problems contact me.
Shipping within the UK is £4.99 and shipping to the rest of the world is £9.99. All items are sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class unless stated otherwise. Therefore you are required a signature upon delivery. You will be given a tracking number when dispatched. If your shipping details are incorrect and is sent back to us, any excess shipping cost will be charged.
Refund Policy
Once an item has been sold it is non refundable. If your item is damaged or faulty you have 24 hours to contact me stating what is wrong with photographic evidence.
If the item is the wrong size you have 7 working days to contact me and to arrange an exchange for a different size. All postage for returns are at the customers expenses. Please note custom orders are made for a customer individual size so these can not be exchanged. Items that is being sent back must be in original condition and packaging, clean, unused, unwashed and with the protective hygiene sticker still in place. I have a size guide available if you are unsure of your size. If you need a fitting that is available on request within Liverpool, Merseyside area.
